The role provides platform leadership across configuration, release planning, service performance, supplier engagement and operational support, working closely with People, Finance, Procurement, IT colleagues and other business teams that rely on Workday-enabled processes. The role is responsible for establishing clear ownership, controls and ways of working for Workday as a strategic enterprise platform.
