* Proven background as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant
 * Strong hands-on configuration experience across multiple Workday Financials modules.
 * Ability to translate business requirements into practical, well-designed Workday solutions.
 * Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to operate in a front-office-adjacent environment.
 * Experience in hedge funds, investment management, or similar high-performance environments is highly advantageous.

## Description

* Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of Workday Financials, including modules such as Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Procurement, and Expenses.
 * Act as the Workday subject-matter expert for all finance-related functionality and integrations.
 * Partner closely with Finance teams to gather requirements, diagnose issues, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to business needs.
 * Support release management, testing cycles, documentation, and user training.
 * Drive continuous improvement and ensure Workday is fully leveraged to support the firm's fast-paced operating environment.
 * Work with third-party vendors, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements and new features.
