The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring asset information remains accurate, compliant, and fit for decision-making purposes., * Experience operating within asset management, facilities management, or maintenance environments. * Working knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) regimes and asset data management. * Strong understanding of CMMS, CAFM, or EAM systems and asset data governance processes. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of structured data accurately and maintain robust audit controls. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, operational, and governance functions. * Methodical and risk-aware approach with a focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. ## Description This role is INTERNAL ONLY and at present we are not accepting external applications. We are seeking an Asset Change Analyst to lead the governance of asset changes and data updates within CMMS, CAFM and asset management systems.
