Script execution efficiency, query performance tuning, background script optimization, report/dashboard performance. * Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise identity systems (LDAP, AD, SSO, SAML, OAuth). * Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook and Advanced Workflows. * Experience with Source Control (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and using Studio.CI/DC processes * Experience with Mobile App Builder (MAB), Mobile Studio, Applets, and setting up Offline Mode functionality, * Industry Experience: Previous professional experience working as a developer or consultant in a railroad, heavy industry, transportation, or logistics environment is a significant plus. * Certifications:(Preferred) + ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) + ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) * Experience in: Customer Service Management and\or Field service management and\or ServiceNow Health and\or Safety or workplace safety Module * Good to have Data Analytics (Tableau, Snowflake), ITOM Modules, In accordance with federal law, only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position.
