You ll be part of a team producing high-precision components for critical medical applications. About the job This is a hands-on, shop-floor focused role within the internal Quality Operations function, with real scope to improve processes, strengthen quality performance and drive continuous improvement across the site. Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams, you'll take a proactive lead in identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, reducing defects and improving process capability. You'll use data, structured problem-solving and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies to deliver sustainable improvements across both product and process.
