## About the Role

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in early lifecycle systems engineering, including requirements capture, system architecture, and concept development., * Systems engineering experience across development and/or verification activities.

 * Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle.
 * Experience with requirements management and system architecture.
 * Knowledge of verification and validation processes.
 * Experience in complex engineering environments (aerospace, defence, automotive, etc.).

Desirable Skills

 * Electrical Power Distribution Systems knowledge.
 * MATLAB/Simulink modelling for prototyping and concept development.
 * Closed-loop control systems experience.
 * Knowledge of ARP4754A or similar standards.
 * Agile/Kanban experience.

## Description

We're seeking Systems Engineers to support the development, integration, and verification of Electrical Power Distribution Systems within a highly regulated engineering environment., * Define, analyse, and manage system requirements.

 * Contribute to system architecture and design activities.
 * Support system integration, testing, verification, and validation.
 * Develop test procedures and analyse results.
 * Manage requirements traceability, baselines, and change control.
 * Work closely with software, hardware, and other engineering teams.
