Ideally you'll have: * 3+ years' CRM administration / systems experience * Good SQL knowledge, ideally able to build queries from scratch * Experience supporting sales, customer or enquiry-based CRM systems * Strong Excel and reporting skills * Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar * Confidence troubleshooting system issues * Excellent communication skills with non-technical users * A calm, positive approach when working under pressure Experience within retail, retail sales, self-storage, property, leisure or another multi-site customer business would be particularly relevant. Knowledge of PHP, IIS, APIs or SQL Server would be useful, but isn't the main focus of the role. Why apply? This is a 70% CRM / 30% analytics role, working alongside experienced CRM and data specialists. You'll support users across a national store network, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows and help turn customer and sales data into useful commercial insight.
