 * Experience designing secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Experience working within complex enterprise environments.

Desirable Skills

 * Operational Intelligence / AIOps experience.
 * ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
 * ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA).
 * ServiceNow ITOM certifications.
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
 * Experience working within regulated, secure, or defence environments.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to support the design and delivery of ServiceNow IT Operations Management capabilities within a large-scale, complex enterprise environment.

This is a key architectural role where you will provide technical leadership across ServiceNow ITOM solutions, helping shape strategy, define architecture, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 * Lead architecture and solution design activities for ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
 * Define technical architecture across:
 + Discovery
 + Service Mapping
 + Event Management
 + Cloud Discovery
 + CMDB
 * Provide governance and technical assurance across delivery teams.
 * Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring and infrastructure tools.
 * Support solution estimation, planning, and architectural approvals.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and future-state roadmaps.
 * Ensure CMDB design supports operational processes, service visibility, and reporting needs.
 * Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and project teams.
 * Support client presentations, solution reviews, and bid activities where required.
