* Abgeschlossenes mind. 4-jähriges Hochschulstudium (Master/Diplom) im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und langjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise in den Modulen MM und/oder QM
 * Langjährige Projektleitungserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld
 * Erfahrung mit SAP Ariba oder modernen Beschaffungsplattformen
 * Starkes Interesse an Innovations- und Digitalisierungsthemen, insbesondere AI im Supply Chain Kontext
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke auf internationaler Ebene
 * Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Internationale Reisebereitschaft

## Description

* Leitung von internationalen Innovations-Projekten
 * Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des SAP-Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsumfelds
 * Leitung der Einführung und Optimierung von SAP Ariba
 * Optimierung der SAP Module MM und QM
 * Identifikation und Bewertung von Innovationen im Einkaufsumfeld und entlang der gesamten Lieferkette
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von digitalen und automatisierten Prozessen im Einkauf
 * Treiber für AI-basierte Use Cases im Beschaffungsumfeld
 * Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Einkauf und Logistik sowie den internationalen HYDAC-Standorten
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Beratungspartner
