* Proven experience as a Software Engineer taking features from concept to production with minimal supervision.

Skills:

 * Strong proficiency in backend development, with Kotlin being our default for new services.
 * Experience working with Distributed Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka).
 * Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and containerization (AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker).
 * Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, ELK/OpenSearch).
 * Resilience and proactive communication: you know how to navigate unresponsive stakeholders and unblock yourself.
