 * Data Migration: Demonstrated success leading large-scale spatial data transformation and migration projects.
 * Development and Cloud: Strong Python background combined with Azure development (Azure DevOps, Pipelines, API Management/Swagger).
 * Leadership and Delivery: Background operating as a Tech Lead within Agile/Scrum environments, managing code reviews, task sizing, and automated testing frameworks.

## Description

We are seeking a hands on Geospatial Technical Lead to oversee complex data migration and transformation initiatives while driving best in class software development standards. You will bridge the gap between GIS data architecture, cloud engineering, and Agile project delivery., * Lead the migration and transformation of enterprise geospatial datasets using FME Workbench, ArcGIS (ESRI), and Advanced SQL.

 * Architect, develop, and maintain customer- and user-facing web applications utilizing Python and Azure services.
 * Establish automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, maintain API definitions via Swagger, and enforce rigorous testing strategies.
 * Lead Scrum activities, including task sizing, estimation, pull request (PR) reviews, and quality assurance.
 * Maintain comprehensive documentation and assist with out-of-hours deployment/troubleshooting when necessary.
