You'll be joining our Highways Civil Engineering Projects work winning team, as part of the UK's number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including highway and structure maintenance and improvement schemes. Purpose of role As Data & Knowledge Manager within M Group Transport, you will play a critical role in enabling our bid team to produce high-quality, evidence-led submissions to win work across our sectors. You will support development of operational solutions through data analysis, performance reporting and benchmarking. You will lead the development of PowerBi dashboards to enable interrogation of client and M Group performance to support estimating data and productivity libraries, as well as owning reporting of team win rates/quality scores. You will own the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of our bid knowledge library, ensuring the bid teams have access to compelling, up-to-date content, case studies, proof points, evidence, accreditations and success stories. Working closely with Bid Directors, Operational leads, Estimating and Writing teams, you will identify, capture and organise knowledge from across the business, ensuring our knowledge resources remain accurate, accessible and reflective of our evolving capabilities. This role is ideally suited to someone with an analytical background, experience in handling large quantities of data and presenting it in accessible formats to support end user requirements.
