 * Familiarity with data governance, controls, and executive reporting.

 * Experience supporting analytics solutions at scale.

 * Able to work autonomously, and quickly learn new concepts

 * Proactively identifies opportunities, solves problems, and takes ownership from concept to execution., Analytics, Collaboration, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Semantic Modeling, Structured Query Language (SQL)

## Description

The Senior Data & Systems Analyst plays a critical role in turning complex business and system data into clear, actionable insights that drive enterprise decision making. This role blends systems analysis, data analytics, and business intelligence, with a strong focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, to design scalable reporting and analytics solutions used by senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

 * Analyze business processes, systems, and data requirements; translate needs into functional and technical specifications.

 * Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.

 * Leverage Microsoft Fabric to support data modeling, transformation, and analytics solutions.

 * Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

 * Ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and alignment with enterprise standards.

 * Partner with business, risk, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

 * Support testing, validation, and ongoing enhancements of reporting and data solutions.
