## Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to support the ongoing development, enhancement and optimisation of our Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

This role is focused on hands-on engineering and development, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust Salesforce solutions, integrations and platform improvements., * Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex

 * Build and maintain Flows and automation
 * Develop REST/SOAP API integrations
 * Work with event-driven integrations and data
 * Support data migration and complex data management
 * Develop Service Cloud functionality across Cases, Leads and Opportunities
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
 * Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
 * Contribute to the design and development of the greenfield solution
