## Description

You'll be responsible for monitoring Chip's product functionality, and working cross functionally providing data analysis, MI, and operational controls to aid product development. This role will work closely with our Operations and Compliance teams, including working with our Financial Crime data.

What you'll do:

 * Analyse data using SQL
 * Provide data extracts, analysis and dashboard reporting to all areas of the business, helping to determine opportunities and support solutions
 * Assist the wider business in providing the best customer support they can
 * Develop, optimise and action daily operational process controls
 * Monitor internal and third-party functionality
 * Timely and accurately deliver regular operational tasks and processes
 * Investigate, help diagnose and resolve issues
 * Automate recurring MI and optimise processes using SQL and Python
