## Description

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to help us improve reporting, automate tasks, and turn data into useful information that supports decision-making across the charity.
This is an entry-level opportunity for a person who is looking to develop their skills in data, reporting, business intelligence and AI.
Working closely with teams across the organisation to understand business needs, develop reporting solutions and turn complex data into accessible, actionable insights.
What you'll do:

 * Build and maintain reports and dashboards
 * Help teams understand and use their data
 * Develop and implement automated solutions
 * Support data quality and accuracy
 * Create clear and useful insights from different data sources
 * Help colleagues make the most of data, reporting tools and AI
 * Learn and develop new technical skills as technology evolves
