* Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support within a corporate environment.
 * Strong understanding of Windows infrastructure and troubleshooting.
 * Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
 * Experience with software and application support.
 * Basic networking troubleshooting experience.
 * Foundational understanding of IT security concepts.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Exposure to PowerShell scripting.
 * Basic Linux experience.
 * Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
 * Exposure to Python scripting.
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar certifications.

## Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support professional to join a highly technical support team responsible for supporting a complex enterprise environment. This is a software-focused support position supporting end users across a wide range of business-critical applications.

 * Perform basic network diagnostics and connectivity troubleshooting.
 * Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership through resolution.
 * Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
 * Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users.
