You will serve as a senior product and portfolio leader for Wells Fargo's Enterprise AI Platform, responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap across Agentic AI and Predictive AI capabilities. This role connects platform strategy to measurable business outcomes by establishing clear priorities, driving execution discipline, and ensuring the platform evolves as a scalable, secure, and high-impact enterprise capability. This position requires a leader who operates seamlessly across strategy and execution-setting direction, simplifying complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving results within a large, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate brings experience spanning emerging AI technologies, platform product management, operating model design, roadmap delivery, and enterprise-scale transformation. In this role, you will: + Manage and develop the overall Artificial Intelligence roadmap for the company + Provide leadership, management and direction companywide on artificial intelligence initiatives + Develop market strategies for the company + Lead Artificial Intelligence team by making strategic decisions to resolve robotics process automation, natural language processing, and machine learning, Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
