Chemours is seeking a Change Consultant - Technological Change to support adoption and readiness for major technology enabled initiatives across the enterprise. This role is part of the centralized Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) and partners closely with IT and business teams to ensure technology changes translate into real, sustained business value. This position will be based at the Wilmington Office Building ( Wilmington, DE ) or a Chemours Site/Office Location and will report to the Director, Change Management. The Change Consultant - Technological Change leads change management activities for digital, system, and technology transformations, focusing on user readiness, adoption, and sustainment. This role ensures technical change is translated into clear, actionable impacts for leaders and employees and is aligned to enterprise change standards and priorities. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: * Lead change management for major technology-enabled initiatives, partnering with IT and business stakeholders. * Develop and execute integrated change plans addressing stakeholder impacts, readiness, and adoption. * Translate technical changes into clear business and employee impacts. * Develop and execute change management plan to drive sustained user adoption. * Develop and deliver interventions for impacted stakeholders to support effective and sustained adoption of desired future state, to include training design and development. * Track adoption and readiness metrics and address resistance and risk. * Ensure alignment with enterprise change standards, tools, and portfolio governance. ## Related Videos - [Microservices?
