The position duties include: * Working closely with other IT teams including Information Security, Service Desk, Quality Assurance, Production Support and product vendors to plan, deploy and sustain a stable, highly performing and available infrastructure and application environment. * Ownership/oversight and hands-on planning, deployment and operational upkeep of ASRS' infrastructure and applications. * Proactive monitoring, identification and resolution of the most complex infrastructure and application problems. * Promoting and advancing team efficiencies and capabilities through DevOps/automation improvements. Additionally and as needed: * Maintain timely, accurate and complete documentation and desk procedures for systems and team functions. * Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
