## About the Role

* 5+ years developing software in a production environment at scale
 * Proven experience with a modern front-end framework (React or comparable) and a server-side framework (Ruby on Rails or comparable)
 * Comfort with TypeScript and component-driven UI development
 * Experience working with transactional databases and caching, and with client-side state and performance
 * Experience running experiments - A/B tests, feature flags
 * Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications
 * Growth or consumer experience as an added plus

## Description

Chime's Growth Engineering team builds the member-facing experiences that move our business metrics, and we're scaling fast. We're looking for a full stack engineer who wants to own features end to end: the React and TypeScript interfaces members actually touch, the Rails services and APIs behind them, and the experiments that prove the work paid off. You'll influence architecture, ship across the stack, and maintain the ongoing health of the code.
