An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. * At least 1 year of experience with Cameo/MagicDraw/Catia Magic portfolio tools i.e. Magic Systems of Systems Architecture and Magic Cyber Systems Engineer. * Experience with UAF and/or SysML. * Superior written and oral communication skills. * Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and influence others to achieve desired results for the project. * Capable of working independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with UML, UPDM and IDEF. * Knowledge of Marine Corps Systems Engineering Processes, including the relationship between MCSC and DC, CD&I. Familiarity with the MCSC Acquisition Guidebook. * Technical education related to any of the following: data modeling, systems engineering, machine learning and predictive analysis, agile software development and build methodologies, or simulation. * Knowledge of Marine Corps operations, concepts, practices, procedures, systems and interfaces. * Understanding of Systems integration/API development, automated bulk export/import, and the ability to perform impact assessments. Clearance Requirements: * Must have a current / active DoD Secret clearance Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. * Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and government stakeholders, which may involve delivering technical presentations. * Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. ## Description ManTech is responsible for assisting our Government customer to ensure that material solutions developed or acquired by MCSC are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission.
