Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs. Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph Levy deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine compliance during processing, collection, and retention of signals. Leverage compliant practices on how signal parameters are identified and defined, and in how signal behavior is captured within the RF and digital domains. Understand compliance implications in TechSIGINT operations and follow-on analytic activities in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
