## About the Role

Required Years of Experience (min) :

 * Minimum of eight years of relevant application development or programming experience, including recent hands-on experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Required Degree/Certifications :

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. An equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications, and directly relevant professional experience may be considered., * Experience translating business and functional requirements into technical designs and application solutions.
 * Hands-on experience developing model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Microsoft Dataverse configurations, including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and validation rules.
 * Experience integrating applications with databases, APIs, custom connectors, or other enterprise systems.
 * Experience testing, debugging, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
 * Experience preparing technical, system, configuration, and end-user documentation.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
 * Experience with Power BI, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and application lifecycle management tools.
 * Federal application-development experience; NIH or HHS experience is particularly desirable.
 * Relevant Microsoft Power Platform or application-development training or certification.

Required Clearance :

 * Background Check- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the Government system and logical access required for assigned duties.

## Description

Daily Responsibilities:

 * Develop and maintain model-driven Power Apps using Microsoft Dataverse and Power Automate.
 * Configure application forms, views, validation rules, workflow routing, notifications, and status tracking.
 * Develop and support integrations with approved federal systems using APIs or custom connectors.
 * Support Power BI reports and dashboards using Dataverse and other approved data sources.
 * Test applications, incorporate user feedback, deploy updates, and resolve production defects.
 * Prepare and maintain technical, configuration, and user documentation and collaborate with the technical team throughout development and sustainment.
