The Impact You'll Have This position is responsible for providing technical and resource leadership to enable data analytics with structured and unstructured data. Responsibilities includes leading or executing user story development, data design and architecture, data integration development, testing or BI application delivery in the data analytics framework including surrounding enablement environments. This lead senior role will collaborate and/or partner with business areas, project teams, IT technical teams, as well as outsourced vendors to ensure high quality delivery of data architecture and data integration applications focusing on business analytical enablement for medium to large project or support efforts. What You'll Do * Serves as a lead data engineering and analytics expert, designing and implementing enterprise data solutions that support business intelligence and performance measurement. * Manages data lifecycle, testing, automation, and quality assurance processes to ensure accurate, scalable, and reliable analytics capabilities. * Provides team leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance while promoting enterprise data standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
