Education & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). * 5+ years of experience in network security or network engineering, preferably in an MSP environment., * Consistent hand and finger dexterity necessary to operate computer equipment. * Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 pounds. * Physical and mental stamina to work in a fast-paced IT environment. You will handle escalated network tickets, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, and oversee the deployment, renewal, and security of network devices. Additionally, you will work closely with account managers to procure and replace firewalls as needed.
