You will play a key role in building automation capabilities, enabling seamless market implementations, and improving operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and operations partners. _*Please note that this position is not eligible for visa transfer or sponsorship now or at any time in the future*_ In this role, you will: + Lead the design and development of backend architectures that support new market onboarding and integration initiatives. + Develop and maintain Python-based microservices and REST APIs for enterprise-scale applications. + Create automation solutions that streamline onboarding, operational workflows, and business processes. + Partner with product owners, business teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. + Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to improve platform stability.
