Preferred Qualifications * Experience or project-based exposure to gas turbine design, repair, manufacturing, or service operations. * Relevant internship, co-op, or academic experience supporting gas turbine technologies. * Knowledge of process development activities such as: + Fixture development + Machining (Mills, EDMs) + Laser technologies (cladding and ablation) + Joining and brazing processes + Coatings and inspection technologies * Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. * Demonstrated continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing mindset. * Self-motivated, innovative, and comfortable challenging conventional thinking to drive results. * Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers in an inclusive team environment. This role is responsible for ensuring repair processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives across gas turbine repair operations.
