## About the Role

* BA Degree and less than 2 years of experience. Experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.\n
 * 1 year of experience in customer service environment\n
 * Must be able to gain an INTERIM SECRET security clearance prior to start. \n
 * Complete DoD 8750 certification e.g. Security+ within 6 months of start date.\n
 * Basic Understanding of Scripting Languages\n

## Description

* The candidate must be able to work independently to maintain the smooth operation of a multi-user computer systems, including coordination with customer and other administrators.\n
 * Communicate policies and procedures to customers\n
 * Update digital systems to provide insight to ongoing efforts and tickets\n
 * Monitor alarm systems\n
 * Perform basic level system administrator duties.\n
 * Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.\n
 * Creates, maintains, and implements detailed documentation and maintains standard operating procedures.\n
 * Provides support on a M-F business hours schedule, also responsible for on-call, extended hour, and weekend support as required by mission or emergency situations.\n
 * System monitoring using installed tools as well as external tools.\n
