What You Will Do GenAI Engineering * Build and integrate AI-powered agents, workflows, and automation systems using modern GenAI frameworks and APIs. * Develop intelligent tools that improve engineering productivity, defect detection, and operational efficiency. * Partner with engineering, product, and platform teams to scale GenAI adoption across the organization. Backend Engineering & API Development * Design, develop, and maintain high-scale backend services, REST APIs, and automation pipelines. * Build scripts, tools, and services that improve engineering efficiency and reduce manual effort. * Ensure backend systems meet availability, scalability, performance, and security requirements. * Integrate telemetry, monitoring, and CI/CD best practices into backend services.
