The Work: As an SAP Basis Senior Manager on SAP transformation projects, you will: * Define and own the end-to-end SAP platform strategy across complex, multi-workstream transformation programs - spanning S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield conversion, BTP/cloud extension, and AMS steady state - ensuring architectural coherence from design through hypercare and handover. * Lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture decisions - including system consolidation, multi-tier HA/DR topology, SAP RISE vs. private cloud vs. hybrid positioning, Azure infrastructure right-sizing (Mv3), and network/security perimeter design. * Set platform engineering standards and governance frameworks - establishing Basis delivery methodology, tooling standards (Solution Manager, Focused Run, CCMS), transport governance policy, and incident/change management operating models across programs and accounts. * Own the commercial and delivery relationship for Basis platform scope on platform roadmaps, change order scoping, SLA negotiation, and continuous service improvement. * Represent the platform perspective in program governance - participating in steering committees, executive status reviews, and risk/issue forums; translating platform complexity into strategic clarity for senior client and internal leadership. Travel may be required.
