* Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, finance, economics, business, or a related field\n
 * Experience: 2-3 years of experience in corporate strategy & business development, market analyses, corporate finance, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking\n
 * Analytical Rigor: proven ability to perform complex quantitative analysis, handle large datasets, and maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations\n
 * AI Proficiency: demonstrated aptitude for learning and applying new AI-powered tools (including AI-driven research agents, data synthesis and modeling) to accelerate and expand research and data analysis - while assessing the AI output and detecting and correcting where the models don't perform\n
 * Advanced skills in financial/data modeling (in Microsoft Excel or other modeling tools), and storyboarding and slide creation (Microsoft PowerPoint)\n
 * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize a wide range of data points into clear, concise summaries\n
 * Collaboration: A proactive, team-oriented mindset\n
 * Organization: ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment\n

## Description

The Manager, Enterprise Strategy will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy within the Corporate Strategy & Market Analytics organization, and will serve as a key analytical partner - leveraging the latest AI tools to conduct strategic research and synthesize data, and performing quantitative analyses to support high-priority strategic initiatives.
