## About the Role

* 8+ years of proven experience in PCBA and System products validation.
 * BS Degree or MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
 * Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, chip to system.
 * Background in production test setup including failure analysis, problem solving and ECOs.
 * Experience designing, qualifying, and upgrading test fixtures/testers.
 * Experience with system test development: hardware and software
 * Knowledge of server architecture, design, components, sub-assemblies and systems

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

 * 5+ years of manufacturing testing experience at a production factory.
 * 3+ years of experience in facility cooling design and management. Liquid cooling knowledge is big bonus.
 * Excellent interpersonal skills

## Description

* Partner with internal and external hardware and software teams to define, develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing test solutions for Data Center products.
 * Setup, validate and support rack level tester platforms at contract manufacturers, internal labs, and 3rd party test sites.
 * Oversee test facility design and development with efficient air and liquid cooling setup.
 * Manage test facility KPIs.
 * Plan and drive tester/server hardware and software upgrades at all sites.
 * Drive failure analysis of tester/server and internal components. Identify the failure root cause, perform required repair, and fix the failure Pareto.
 * Drive key tester critical metrics like tester uptime, recovery time, timely report and material management.
 * Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
 * Regular tester and test facility status reporting and improvement recommendations to management.
