## Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Application Specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to support, build, optimize, and maintain Epic Willow Ambulatory applications for a nationally recognized healthcare organization.

This is a highly specialized Healthcare IT position supporting ambulatory pharmacy services. The successful candidate will serve as the Epic Willow Ambulatory subject matter expert, partnering with pharmacy, nursing, clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve workflows and optimize Epic functionality., * Build and configure Epic Willow Ambulatory

 * Support production Epic Willow Ambulatory applications
 * Perform testing, upgrades, maintenance, and optimization
 * Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production incidents
 * Analyze ambulatory pharmacy workflows
 * Partner with pharmacy, nursing, clinical, and IT leadership
 * Recommend Epic best practices and workflow improvements
 * Develop application documentation and standards
 * Participate in Epic upgrades and implementation projects
 * Ensure application reliability and system performance
