## About the Role

* 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing
 * Experience sourcing and engaging candidates, particularly for high-volume or fast-moving roles
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * A proactive, customer-service-oriented approach
 * Strong organization and attention to detail
 * The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines
 * Comfort working independently while also collaborating closely with a team
 * Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn new technology and recruiting tools

Bonus If You Have:

 * Experience recruiting for sales or business development roles
 * Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment
 * Experience recruiting for both full-time and part-time positions
 * Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms

## Description

Our primary focus is assisting students in applying to U.S. colleges and graduate schools. Our company is fast-paced and dynamic. We operate as a team, and everyone is given opportunities to grow within the organization.

How You'll Help:

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across the organization. You'll work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and move candidates through the recruiting process for a variety of full-time and part-time roles.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You'll work as part of a collaborative recruiting team and play an important role in helping us find and hire great people.

What You'll Do:

 * Manage the day-to-day recruiting process for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer
 * Source and engage candidates using available recruiting tools
 * Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the requirements of each role
 * Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
 * Coordinate next steps and interviews with hiring managers and other interviewers
 * Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
 * Keep candidate information and recruiting activity up to date in our ATS
 * Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on recruiting activity
 * Help ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process
 * Support recruiting projects and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed
