If you enjoy working in hands-on multidisciplinary teams, the Test Solutions Center (TS) in hearing from you!, * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years relevant experience * At least ten (10) years of leadership experience overseeing mid- to large-scale technical teams and projects * Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), and baselining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) of projects * Experience with bidding proposals and long-range planning ## Description The Test Solutions Center seeks a Test Solutions, Senior Principal Program Lead to oversee multiple project teams who are responsible for the execution of capital TE scope. Capital Execution Leaders are responsible for all elements of capital TE scope through all lifecycles, budget, metrics and Estimates At Completion (EACs). The selected candidate will support and drive the development of capital execution rigor and long-range planning for engineering and operations capital. You will establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with your team to ensure alignment with the department and directorate.
