## About the Role

Required

 - 3+ years managing low-voltage, security, AV, or network infrastructure projects - or equivalent field experience with a track record of leading crews.

 - Working knowledge of IP camera systems, NVR/VMS platforms, PoE, VLANs, and structured cabling standards.

 - Familiarity with enterprise wireless concepts: SSID/VLAN mapping, AP placement, channel and coverage planning.

 - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with two very different audiences - technicians in the field and executives who want risk, cost, and timeline.

 - Comfortable on active construction sites and coordinating around other trades.

 - Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel regionally.

 - Ability to pass a background check (required for client site access on many projects). - Direct experience with Avigilon, UniFi, and/or Fortinet platforms.

 - Manufacturer certifications (Avigilon, Ubiquiti UEWA/UECS, Fortinet NSE, BICSI).

 - PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management training.

 - Experience with access control platforms and credential/licensing administration.

 - OSHA 10 or OSHA 30.

 - Estimating and quoting experience.

 - Bilingual English/Spanish
