This role oversees database management, including tracking of pledges and receivables, and serves as a key point of coordination between financial systems and ministry relationships. Working closely with the Advancement Team, this position helps cultivate and strengthen relationships with donors, staff, and Board members in the ongoing effort to provide funding for all areas of Life Teen. Essential Ministry Functions / Responsibilities: * Coordinate and communicate in the collection of all Pledges/Accounts Receivables to Life Teen. * Work directly with Missionary leadership in a supporting role to ensure donations are attached to the proper campaign and missionary. * Coordinate annual reconciliation reports to Advancement Team, Finance Team, HR, and Missions. * Receive and account for all donations that come into Life Teen through the proper software systems so that GoFundMePro, Salesforce, and Intacct have all accurate ongoing information. * Collect and enter all Advancement invoices into Intacct for timely payment. * Collect all event registration databases and batch into Donor Search for President's Gathering invitation distribution segmented by capacity. * Communicate with Finance Team regarding all donations. * Coordinate all grant possibilities for Life Teen to bring in an additional $100,000 in revenue while coordinating timelines and reporting schedules. * Attend Annual President's Gathering. * Assist with Life Teen events that could be used as tools to cultivate major donors and donor prospects. * Send out end of the year donation reports for tax purposes for all donors. * Maintain current fundraising registration status through Affinity Fundraising Registration by gathering up-to-date information on Life Teen financials and coordinating appropriate signatures. * Work in a team environment on activities and initiatives with a positive attitude. * Participate in weekly staff Holy Hours, office Masses and bi-annual staff retreat. * Complete other tasks and projects as needed., As a Eucharist-centered movement within the Roman Catholic Church, Life Teen leads teenagers and their families into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.
