Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency with internal Brink's proprietary/commercial business software packages i.e. BITS, Garcia etc. * Knowledge of tactical security operations * Knowledge of the logistics industry; its operations, products, services, policies, and procedures. * Minimum of 2 years of experience drafting Standard Operating Procedures and/or Standards of Work documentation. This position will work closely with Brink's Operations and Branch leaders to proactively address security gaps/issues related to interdepartmental logistics., * Monitor and respond appropriately to a variety of alarm signals. Response must be timely and accurate, with particular attention given to general procedures and special instructions. * Communicate effectively with internal customers. Follow all departmental and company policies and procedures. * Complete required equipment checks, daily logs, and regular system audits. * Answer multiple telephone lines. Respond to each caller in a professional and helpful manner while gathering information, troubleshooting, transferring calls, or providing instructions, and conduct follow-up calls to guarantee expectations are met. * Provide technical support as needed. Follow procedures for service and inspection requests.
