As a senior engineer on this team, you'll work across the full breadth of what it takes to bring an AI product to life - from designing new agent capabilities and conversation experiences to building the eval frameworks, observability, and guardrail systems that ensure Jade is reliable and safe for millions of members. You'll shape how Jade reasons, acts, and improves over time. You'll build member-facing capabilities that help people manage their spending, stay on top of subscriptions, and hit their financial goals. You'll also develop internal tools, dashboards, and backend services for model routing, prompt management, agent orchestration, and evaluation pipelines. The AI landscape evolves rapidly, and so does Jade. You'll need to learn quickly, adapt to shifting priorities, and proactively identify what's needed next - whether that's a new financial capability, a better way to test conversations, or a system to keep quality high as we scale. If you're excited about the unique challenges of shipping LLM-powered products at scale, this is the role for you. ## Related Videos - [Agentic employees in world's most downloaded FinTech app](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100123-agentic-employees-in-world-s-most-downloaded-fintech-app) - [Reducing LLM Calls with Vector Search Patterns - Raphael De Lio (Redis)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1714-reducing-llm-calls-with-vector-search-patterns-raphael-de-lio-redis) - [Developing the Backend with Stefan Lingler, CTO at Shpock](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100360-developing-the-backend-with-stefan-lingler-cto-at-shpock) - [Kubernetes and Microservices with Multi-Model Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/382-kubernetes-and-microservices-with-multi-model-databases) - [Hiring AI Native Talents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100268-hiring-ai-native-talents) - [Accelerating Authentication Architecture: Taking Passwordless to the Next Level](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/733-accelerating-authentication-architecture-taking-passwordless-to-the-next-level) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer) - [Dev Digest 137 - AI'm not sure about this](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/485-dev-digest-137-ai-m-not-sure-about-this) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix) - [Dev Digest 166: Sycophancy, Zip bombs and AI Native Development](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/585-dev-digest-166-sycophancy-zip-bombs-and-ai-native-development)
