You will translate operational needs into secure, tested software spanning user interfaces, services, data stores, and external interfaces. Why This Role Matters: The software supports time-sensitive donor, inventory, distribution, and transfusion workflows. Success requires more than feature delivery: the right candidate will protect traceability, transactional accuracy, system interoperability, and dependable operation when connectivity is disrupted or limited.
