## Description

The Test Engineer 3 is responsible for directing and coordinating engineering activities related to the development, procurement, installation, testing, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices. This role plays a critical part in ensuring systems and components meet operational, functional, and performance requirements through structured testing and detailed data analysis., * Direct and coordinate engineering activities associated with test planning and execution

 * Determine test conditions, methodologies, and phases of test operations
 * Coordinate and oversee operational, functional, and performance testing phases
 * Analyze, evaluate, and interpret test data to assess performance and compliance
 * Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for use by engineering and technical teams
 * Support development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices
 * Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system performance
 * Ensure testing activities are conducted in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and timelines
