## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 5+ years of hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
 * System administration experience and scripting abilities in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Perl.
 * Practical understanding of IT operations, including networking, computing, storage, and incident management.
 * Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Bonus Points For

 * Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
 * Familiarity with container platforms like Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS. Working knowledge of CI/CD and development tooling including Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
 * Exposure to operations and monitoring tools like Grafana, Sumo Logic, or PRTG.
