In this role, you will be responsible for driving security awareness and secure behaviors through trust-based, data-driven campaigns, phishing simulations and education. You'll also be instrumental in helping to reduce human risk by using program analytics to identify gaps and reinforce a security-first culture. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing and leading a cross-functional team of awareness specialists (as well as liaising with other experts and vendors) to execute program roadmaps that integrate risk reduction approaches, messaging, education, etc. The ideal candidate has experience with technology and data-based decision making, as well as information security. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with executive leaders in IT and other key business teams, so experience consulting with and influencing leaders at all levels will be key.
