Preferred Experience: * Bachelor's degree in software development or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. * Sitecore MVP * SCORE framework certified/trained. * Experience with Composable DXP architectures and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) * Exposure to AI/ML-powered personalization in Sitecore * Knowledge of containerized development approach, Docker, and Kubernetes * Experience in JavaScript frameworks, Next.js, React, Vue, or Angular. * Experience with the latest Sitecore product: XM Cloud, Personalize, Client, Customer Data Platform, Digital Asset Management, Commerce, Send. * Attended (and presented) at Meetup, Symposium, and other Sitecore user groups. * Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture, SXA, and Headless Services. * Experience in Sitecore Experience Editor customization, EXM, xDB analytics, and marketing automation. * Deep knowledge of Sitecore Workflows, Security, Multisite & Multilingual capabilities. * Strong experience in RESTful API development, OAuth, and integration with third-party services * Experience with Solr, Coveo Search, Redis, and other caching/indexing mechanisms * Proven capabilities in Glass Mapper or other ORM tools * Advanced proficiency in TDS and Unicorn * Experienced with Sitecore upgrades, transforming, and migrating content from other platforms and older Sitecore versions. * Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for Sitecore deployments. * Experience deploying and managing Sitecore on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Sitecore Managed Cloud. * Experience with source control systems, Azure DevOps Server, TFS, VSTS, Git * Capable of leading up to two full client development teams (totaling 10-15 people) * Is expert in at least one platform, and proficient in a secondary platform * Skilled in leading client communications such as status calls. * Ability to identify potential new areas of work. * Experience supporting pre-sales by helping define project scope and solution options.
