## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
 * At least 5 years of progressive experience within relevant IT roles.
 * Minimum of 2 years of experience in identity and access management, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
 * Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and knowledge of automation tools to support IAM processes.

## Description

* Support and enhance digital identity security by administering identity and access management solutions.
 * Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient access provisioning.
 * Automate identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, to improve accuracy and reduce manual efforts.
 * Maintain the security and reliability of identity platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Duo Security.
 * Monitor, identify, and remediate access anomalies and misconfigurations to reduce security risks.
