## Description

* Perform full lifecycle systems engineering, IT enterprise architecture design, and comprehensive requirements analysis across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
 * Develop and maintain formal systems engineering artifacts, system integration and test plans, and architectural documentation.
 * Lead technical feasibility studies, trade studies, and provide engineering leadership to align technical execution with strategic vision., * Analyze user requirements, concept of operations (CONOPS), and high-level architectures to derive formal, testable system requirements specifications.
 * Architect, review, and maintain system architecture and design documentation across hybrid bare-metal, virtualized, and cloud infrastructures.
 * Serve as technical lead for the seamless integration of requirements, system design, and emerging technologies.
 * Guide system development and implementation planning through the preparation and execution of system engineering management plans, integration plans, and test plans.
 * Conduct technical feasibility studies, advise stakeholders on alternative technical approaches, and perform trade analyses.
 * Interface with leadership and technical teams to resolve technical roadblocks, system engineering considerations, and architectural conflicts.
 * Author, update, and defend comprehensive technical documentation and system designs in technical exchange meetings.
