Experience with AI, Cloud based computing, and Powershell a plus. * Willing to travel up to 10%. ## Description Surveys, checks and optimizes product concepts regarding all aspects of their serviceability, maintainability and reliability, for s apecific group of products or systems. This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an Ultrasound Serviceability Engineer: * You will be responsible for the Service Engineering of Ultrasound products. This includes managing service projects and developing Product Service Concept and Plans. * Work hands-on with Ultrasound systems and hardware evaluating serviceability, troubleshooting issues, validating service requirements, and supporting product development activities. * Provide input to Engineering on new products early in the new product introduction cycle to improve serviceability and diagnostic functions. * Define serviceability and value-added service requirements and support their implementation within the Project team. * Evaluate the product service lifecycle, test and validate service requirements and functions, create technical documentation, and provide technical training when required. * Expected to become the Service expert for your products and perform Service Engineering processes. * Collaborate with the entire Customer Service team and cross-functional members which include Product and Sustaining Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project and Product management, and business partners., Export Control: "A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law."
