Brewery Systems working in our Golden, CO Brewery , you will be part of the Information Technology team and report to the Sr. Manager Brewery Technology. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Manufacturing System Engineers responsible for manufacturing system implementation and sustainment. You will provide strategic leadership, technical expertise and competencies to deliver and sustain manufacturing systems solutions in use at the brewery. This role is viewed as the "Face of IT" within the brewery and acts as an IT thought partner to drive technology adoption and innovation throughout the manufacturing process (Brew, Pack, Ship). You will engage and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders including Brewery Operations Leadership, IT Leadership, and external partners to drive the broader IT strategic plan.
