* BA/BS in an engineering discipline. Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
 * 8+ years software testing/QA experience.
 * Demonstrated test leadership.
 * Experience developing test plans and strategies.
 * Agile software-testing experience.
 * Requirements/test traceability experience.
 * Defect-management experience.
 * U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility

Preferred:

 * DoD CIT/GAT.
 * Automated testing.
 * Mission-critical/classified systems.
 * JPES/JCRM/JOPES.

## Description

* Develop and maintain test strategy and plans.
 * Lead functional, regression, integration, performance, and operational testing.
 * Maintain requirements-to-test traceability.
 * Coordinate CIT and GAT support.
 * Lead defect management and verification.
 * Support UFL/UAT and user-validation events.
 * Coordinate testing with development, integration, cyber, infrastructure, and Government stakeholders.
 * Assess release readiness.
